The Bonus System at Musubi is designed to reward employees based on their performance, attendance, and contribution to the overall success of the salon. Bonuses are generally paid semi-annually unless otherwise specified. The details of each bonus type are outlined below.
Incentive Allowance (KPI-Based System)
Staff members are eligible to receive a monthly incentive allowance based on a KPI evaluation system.
The amount paid is determined by the achievement rate of KPI Index Sheet (see Action Plan Sheet for details).
Full attendance during peak hours on Saturdays and Sundays is required.
Perfect Attendance
Attending morning and end-of-day meetings, with no tardiness or absenteeism, will earn an additional Up to $50.
Executive Allowance
Allowances are provided to managers.
Managers receive a variable bonus based on the percentage of monthly goals achieved.
The maximum amount paid is $50.
To qualify, the employee must have worked for the company for at least one year (determined by years of service).
Attendance at monthly salon or company meetings is also considered.
Attendance Allowance
The attendance allowance is paid to employees who work every weekend of the month with full attendance.
The minimum allowance amount is $50.
Employees must have worked for at least one year to be eligible.
Applicable to employees under Plans A and B.
Rewards 100
A bonus of $100 is awarded to each department for reaching the monthly target number.
The total bonus amount is divided by the number of employees and distributed accordingly.
The target numbers are specified in the monthly Action Plan Sheet.
Bonus Payment
Perfect attendance, executive allowance, and attendance allowance are paid semi-annually as a bonus.
Rewards 100 bonuses are paid with the following month’s salary.
The amount paid depends on the length of service.
Bonuses are only paid to staff who have worked for at least half year.
BONUS & ALLOWANCE CONDITIONS
Discretionary Nature & Behavioural Requirements:
All bonuses and allowances are discretionary and subject to the employee’s adherence to the Musubi Internal Conduct Policy and job performance standards.
The company reserves the right to suspend or withhold any bonus or allowance in response to,
Misconduct.
Repeated behavioural issues.
Refusal to participate in required duties or team activities.
