This section provides a detailed guide to the examinations required for staff progression at Musubi & Ohana. Exams are designed to assess both technical skills and theoretical knowledge, which contribute to promotions and salary increments.
Exam Content
Practical Test: Demonstration of technical skills related to each Tier. Accurate execution of required techniques is expected.
Written Test: Assessment of theoretical knowledge including Treatment Theory, Color Theory, Perm Theory, and more.
Clients Handling Test: Comprehensive assessment of the assistant’s ability to independently manage a full client service.
Exam Schedule & Frequency
Exams are conducted at the end of each month.
Retests are available as needed.
Passing Criteria
A minimum score of 80% or above is required for both practical and written tests.
Practical tests are evaluated by individual stylists, with an average score of 80% or higher required for passing.
