Working Hours & Briefing
Business Hours: 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Briefing: Held daily at 9:45 AM. If you are late, you must participate via video call.
Leave Policy & Public Holidays
Number of Days Off: 6 to 8 days per month
Special Leave: Family ceremonies (3 days), Bereavement leave (up to 7 days), etc.
Paid Leave / MC: 14 days of annual leave after 6 months of service. If no MC is provided, annual paid leave will be used.
Emergency Paid Leave: Up to 3 times per year, consuming only 1 day of paid leave per occurrence. Exceeding this limit consumes 2 days of paid leave per occurrence.
Salary & Incentives
Basic Salary: Determined based on position and number of working days.
Commission: Paid with monthly salary. Product commission is 10% of total sales.
Incentive System: Paid based on monthly sales targets achieved. See PDF for details.
Bonus Payment: Perfect attendance, executive allowance, and attendance allowance are paid semi-annually.
Penalty & Tardiness Rules
Unauthorized absences or poor work performance may result in salary or bonus deductions.
Late arrivals will incur a fine of $1 per 10 minutes. Repeated tardiness will result in deductions from paid leave.
Consumption of alcohol during work hours is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate dismissal.
Resignation Policy
You must provide a 4-week notice before resignation.
Employment at a competing hair salon in Singapore is prohibited for 6 months after leaving Musubi.
Other Policies
External work (such as freelance work) requires prior approval from the company.
Approaching Musubi clients without approval is strictly prohibited.
Job Scope Details
Reception, telephone support, customer service.
Preparation, washing, and cleaning of tools.
Stylist support services such as shampooing and coloring.
Customer management, acquisition, and operation of individual and store SNS.
Staff education, sharing of technical knowledge and information.

Meeting Policy
Held monthly, on the last Saturday of each month.
Agenda includes planning, direction confirmation, and understanding of the current situation.
Sponsorship
Musubi sponsors influencers, models from the Basic models office, actors, and actresses from the Hello group and Media corp office.
Stylists providing services as part of these sponsorships will do so free of charge as an advertising fee.
In-Company Business
Business ideas will be supported only when a proposal is submitted and approved by the company.
Penalties
Actions detrimental to the company are subject to penalties, including salary deductions.
Unauthorized use of company materials, customer information, equipment, or products is prohibited.
Misrepresentation of performance information may result in disciplinary action.
External Employment / Freelance Work at Other Salons
To maintain professionalism and avoid conflicts of interest, the following rules apply:
Stylists must submit a formal request and receive written approval from the Creative Director before engaging in freelance work or part-time employment at another salon.
External work must not:
Conflict with Musubi's operating hours or shift responsibilities.
Involve contacting or soliciting Musubi clients.
Use Musubi's resources or branding.
Approved external work must be declared and updated monthly.
Violations may result in disciplinary action, including incentive deductions or employment termination.

Opportunities for overseas training in Japan for high-performing employees.
Bonus Terms and Conditions
Perfect Attendance: No tardiness or absenteeism each month.
Attendance Allowance: Applicable for weekend attendance.
Executive Allowance: Given when department goals are met.

Failure to cooperate with operational needs during business hours — including refusal to assist in urgent customer situations or required team duties — will be considered a violation of core conduct expectations.
